    Preferred stock, 6 percent, par $15, outstanding shares, 8,000

    On October 1, 2009, the board declared dividends that would be paid, or issued, to stockholders' of record on December 1, 2009

    Common stock: 10 percent common stock dividends, to be issued on Dec. 20, 09
    Preferred Stock: cash dividends, 6 percent, payable dec. 20,09

    First of all, no one here is any more "special" than anyone else. Second, you have never said what you need help with -- you've only said you need help. Third, what about the entry you posted? That entry could work for something, but you've given no information of what you are trying to accomplish.

    In other words, no one can help you if you don't actually say anything. (And posting near holidays should not have a high expectation of answers.)

    And lastly, please start your own thread for your question instead of tagging onto someone else's.
