There's this movie I saw about 11 years ago or even more.didnt see it to the end because of power outage, but all I remember was that due to a gas leakage,the people in the affected area slept for hours.it was later discovered that the women who were affected, got pregnant& gave birth to similarly weird character kids.about 10 kids in all,though I think one died.The kids used to all walk together... Buddies, I really need to know the title of this movie,nyone knows?

Could the film you are thinking about be 'Village of the Damned'?

It was a British film made in 1960, set in an English village and was in B&W.

If this is the film you are thinking of, it was remade in 1995, starring Kirstie Alley and the late Christopher Reeve. This time it was set in America.

I too hope I am right. I would really appreciate it if you would let me know if I am.

There was also another film made in 1963 called Children of the Damned. This was made in a similar vane but about 5 children with ultra intelligence.
