Knees extending pass your toes. Not keeping your spine straignt. Keeping shoulders, hips and knees aligned. Hope this helps. I think I researched on the internet. It's pretty basic stuff. Good luck with your course. I finished last year.
Thanks for the help. I even emailed a Yoga teacher asking for help, and he even said that that was a strange question. Were your answers long or straight to the point? Have you began teaching Yoga yet using your certification?
