registration in European state work force offices

Sir/Madam

I had applied for the job in europe even though i have faced an interview and IQ test here i got the reply from the agency that they need one registration no. in european work force office.
So please guide me to get the registration no.

I have the same problem. I passed the preliminary screening, but they require registration in one of the foreign state work force offices of the European Union which I don't know how to do and they don't provide assistance for.
