Long distance relationship requiring re-location

I am currently in a relationship with someone I met through work. We both work for Citi. He works at Citi and I work in a company owned by Citi.

I'm living in India and he in the U.S. We are in love for a while now (I have been to the U.S. already on a B1 Visa) but am now planning to move there so we can live together.

My prob is :
1) I have to get a job there or go on my B1 visa and then job hunt there. I don't know what is the best way to do this. Change my visa to an H1 (meaning i need a job there beforehand, which is pretty difficult to get) or just go on a B1 and take a chance, job hunting
2) If I apply for a H1 visa, will my B1 get cancelled?
3) How can I find a sponsor for my H1 fast and where do I find one. I don't need my sponsor to finance my trip, I can do that myself, just need to show a sponsor for a job per the info I've got so far
4) How do I get through all these obstacles within 2 months
5) My bf and I do not want to get married right away, so a K1 visa is out of question, are there other ways?

Please help me. I'm so stressed out with all the information and no fixed advice or facts..

You could just come into the USA through mexico! (Joke)

Could your bf talk to his boss on your behalf? If the boss sponsors you, it would be simple.
