i got decline for taking my annual leave holiday. it's crazy because they force me to choice from work or segin if i want to go on a holiday!!!!!

what type of work do you do?
Do they have a union?
Are others getting their vacation?
Is it in any employee handbook or anything stating they do give vacations?

From what I looked up there is no federal laws on being given vacation time.

i work at a factory in Victoria and no we haven't got union on our side. there is no handbook! they only give us an application to fill in!
