how do get rid of my make up nightmares of current workplace?

hey,

i think i have this fobia for work places, because at every job i've had i always come to believe something is very uncomfortable at my job and i feel very insecure bout myself and i can't do the work right. i think i make small problems at work into big ones and then i make them into nightmares that make me very anxious and dread to go to work, how can i stop doing that and make work something i can look forward to? no matter if its a sucky job, but just to turn it around. thanks.
