How to check that my identification number in ireland is real

I'm a Filipino, and I'm looking for a JOB through online,then one time some recruitment agency reply in my email, they said that I have an employer so I need to prepared all the documents, I paid 33 Euros, Then after that they send me the prepared 4 Documents and they gave me my Identification Numbers, this is the numbers, 448744, I just want to know if this identification number is valid.
