I am on this company's Payroll since April'05. But, I was on leave without pay since July'06 till July'09. During this period I was a student in USA and was receiving pay slips from company with '0' salary.

Now I have returned to India and resumed work since August'09. My company wants to send me for a project to USA for 12 months. But a clause stating "1 year experience with employer within past 3 years" is troubling me.

Please suggest what could be done. An L1A/L1B Blanket/Individual, H1/B - which Visa could be applied for me?
