Not sure what you mean. Are you late getting your period or are you pregnant already?

I am also confused by the statement.

You are most fertile 12-14 days after the first day of your last period. Although that does not mean this is the only time you can conceive. it is possible to conceive at anytime. If you missed periods, you need to take a HPT or see your doctor.

absolutely. Simply put day 1 is first day of AF and then 14 or so days before your period is round about when you ovulate. They say count back 12-16 days before your next period is due and you should probably ovulate then and this is your fertile period. You need an egg to meet the sperm so that you can get pregnant so can only really get pregnant if you release an egg.
