why is that?

doctor,
i am a girl of 21yrs. since several years, i see there are some hair growing on my face.[around the mouth, on chin] on my chest, also on sex places.i wont to know why is that?
have any treatment stop this forever. please give me a happy answer. i am suffering since many years.
