what do i have

I have had an std about 2 years ago and i have been using safe sex all the time. Now I have little bumps around my bottom vagina it doesn't hurt or anything. But prior to the bumps I had like a pimple like thing on my pubic areait was gone in like a week and never came back and now it looks like it scabed over. I am very puzzled. The last time i had unprotected sex was last year with one guy. what do I do??
