Weird Looking Pimple Outside Vagina, Never Had Sex

For the past view weeks there has been a small pimple that resembled either razor burn or an ingrown hair outside my vagina so I ignored it because it never hurt and I shave there frequently. Today, that pimple started to hurt and it is swollen and inflamed. I have never had sex so it cannot be an std but what could it be?

The pimple is on the outside of the lips (about a cm away from the lips)

If you shave there frequently, then it could be an ingrown hair that's become infected.

That's just a guess, as we can't give you an accurate diagnosis online.

Your best bet is to see your doctor.

If it is an ingrown hair then your doctor can take care of that for you. If it isn't, your doctor is the best person available to diagnosis the problem.
