I am uncertain what these clumps may be. Is there a chance that you may have more polyps?

When you bleed this heavily it is extremely important to get to the doctor asap due to loss of blood or possible menstruation related anemia.

Please contact your doctor as soon as you can.

You need to contact your doctor to make sure this is nothing of importance.

Seems like you need to see another doctor.Asonogram may help them see the problem. Find a doctor who will not stop looking until they find the problem

J_9 agrees: Great advice. Find a doc who likes to get on a "mission" in helping their patients. Took me a whle but I found one and am alive today, he found cancer when other docs told me I was too young.
