Vagina bumps

I am a black woman with a few bumps on my outer libias that become a bit painful when rubbed by my clothes and after a while puss comes out then blood. I have had this happen before but it has never been more than 1 bump. I am not sexually active at this time, but I do get completely waxed, I train for hours everyday so I have a lot of warm moist conditions in that area and sometimes I am not able to clean myself right away which is beginning to cause yeast infections. What is it and how can I cure this condition or at least control it?

Yeast is some times known as candida but that does not really matter. As many people know yeast feeds on sugar to create Carbon dioxide, which is a waste product. You might have cravings for sugar whether from juices or candy, resist the temptation because the yeast is hungry and will starve without its food, sugar. Also don't eat yeasts like cheese or even milk. Try to avoid anything with sugar. I would recommend you go to a nutrionists to put you on nutrional supplements. Please go to a nutrionist first.
