all my friends have started pubic hair and i havent i am 13 years old and i think i have a problem?

Dont worry. Everyone goes through puberty at different times. Some people dont go through it until later.

You dont have a problem. You will get pubic hair eventually, and then you will see just how annoying it is..lol.
