Can you come on your period and still be pregnant. Also can some confuse spotting with a period?

Yes, some women have their period for the first few months of pregnancy, it is not uncommon.

And, yes some do confuse spotting with periods.

Since you have 8 questions posted here and 4 of them are about periods and/or pregnancy, I would like to recommend that you visit your doctor to make sure that everything is okay.

I am not sure but I think it is possible i am having some of the same problems with my cycle i think i am pregnant i have been trying for a year now and still no luck
