I am 2 days late for period. I have had light pink spotting only when i wipe for 3 days. I had a blood test today. Negative. I only ovulated at most 2 weeks ago? Could it be too early?
I am having no cramping. I guess on the day spotting started i had mild cramping, but none now, bloated and gassy,
I am very tired, moody, hungry, but have vomitted once after eating fast food, acne on face, light pink discharge sometimes when i wipe, changes in bowels.
Any advice would be appreciated

Now to address certain issues that you do not mention:

Age?
Any birth control? If so what kind and for how long?
When was your last womanly exam?

Sorry I am 25 engaged. Have two year old son. No birth control, last pap 6 months ago. No abnormalities, no STD's, regular periods, etc.
We got pregnant with our son first month trying. Had similar situation. Neg urine test, positive blood test however at 5 weeks. Some slight spotting similar to what I have now..

Well, let's see... You are 25, hormones can still be fluxuating until around age 28. These numbers are only averages mind you, nothing set in stone, as each woman is individual.

With that said, you are only 2 days late. This is not considered unusual by the medical profession even for the most regular woman.

You sound like a great gal who really takes care of herself. I applaud you for that!! But, yes Nikki, it could be too early to tell even with a blood test. As I am sure you know every woman is individual and every pregnancy is individual. What you experienced last time, you may not experience this time and visa versa.

At this point in time your hCG level (pregnancy hormone) may be too low to detect. You may need to wait a week or so.

However, what you are describing could be your period starting. For now, treat yourself as if you are pregnant. If you decide to take a HPT, be sure to use first morning urine.
