Sports bras are designed to give extra support during physical activity, but many women find them more comfortable and wear them as every day undergarments. In this case the bust size is not as important as the cup size. A 32 bust is likely to have a smaller cup (C or smaller) which would require less support.

I can't imagine any long term affects or problems with doing this. Moreover, I'm wondering what you think is the problem.

Seeing as she's wanting a sports bra for support, I get the impression she has larger breasts that get heavy on her back (as a 32F, I feel her pain)

She's fine to wear one if it's more comfortable.

The type of bra worn has nothing to do with rather or not breasts sag. It's a myth.

I'm still wondering why this concerns you.
