    L Glutathione
    What is the best dosage that is safe for women above 40yrs? With what vitamins should Glutatione be combined with to achieve optimum effect? How long should this L glutathione of say 500mg with 100mg vit c be taken to yuield results? For how long can L glutathione be safely taken (one year, two years or should there be breaks in between)?
    Do you have documented results for this dosage?
    Does it lighten the whole body including under arm and the groin area?
    If I am already taking glutathione, should I stop using skin lightening soap, toner and moisturizer?
    If in the process of taking L glutatione, will I be sensitive when exposed under the sun? Will my skin redden? Should I avoid the sun at all cost?
    Can you provide me with the best results of taking L glutathione?
