reduce weight and tummy

hi guys

can u any one know what the exercise do for reduce the weight and also for reduce the tummy can u give me suggestion for that ! to do in home

now a days i go walk but its not sufficient for reduce me

Try eating healthy foods. And do a set of crunches (abs) everyday.

When you walk try keeping your stomach flexed. Try doing it for one whole day and see how you feel. You will probably be sore after but soon you will notice the difference. It's the only thing I can do with my busy schedule.
