Ok, about 3 weeks ago my iud just came out. I have been in a active relationship with my husband. I had a period about 2 weeks ago. Now yesterday i was having pink spotting and a little cramping and it is gone today. Can anyone explain the spotting to me? This is the first with the spotting. I have also have had a little nausea for a couple of days. I did a pregnancy test the day i was spotting it turned out neg. what should i do? Could i be pregnant again?
