My period is a week delayed now.'used to have regular period, what does it mean?

hi, im 24 yrs old, i had my period last month, but this month, it's almost 2 weeks delayed..and i never had any sexual intercourse this month nor last month.I had my last sexual intercourse, 2 weeks before my period last month.im scared to buy a test kit coz, i dont know if im pregnant...is it possible for a pregnant woman to have period? i am so confused..please help me.thanks..

To answer your question, yes pregant woman can have what would appear to be menses even well into their second tri-mester. These are usually accompanied by very sharp pain in the lower stomach.

Anyways, your period is just a week late, so just sit and wait it out. Stress and lack of sleep or a change in your diet might also be responsible for this delay. Dont worry about it.
