Pain in lower left abdomen

I have been having pains in my lower left abdomen where my ovaries are. When I sit down, walk, have sex, even move wrong. What could cause this?

They only thing that I can think of is that maybe you are ovulating.
I hope you feel better. If not it couldn't hurt going to the Dr.
