No period?

I Had A Miscarriage On Jan 21st 2007. I Have Yet To Get My Period. I Did A Pregnancy Test At Home Yesterday And It Came Out Negative. How Long Does It Take To Get Your Period After A Miscarriage And Is This A Sign Of Any Issues I May Be Having Due To The Miscarriage?
