Missed period, neg. blood and home preg. tests

Good Morning everyone,

I have not had a period since the end of Jan, in Feb I had some dark brown light spotting (not even enough for a panty liner) that lasted about 1 day. I took three pregnancy tests..all negetive, went to the doctor for a blood test (negetive). Then I missed my period completely this month. I took three more pregnancy tests, spaced several days apart..all negetive. I have been showing other pregnancy signs such as sensitive breasts and nipples, extreme fatigue, nauseous mornings...and one or two evenings, odd cravings, and facial breakouts. All of these are extrememly unusual for me. Contrary to what you might think, I am actually not stressed out...and I really don't think this is a stress issue. I have a doctors appt. today to get checked out, because I would rather not play the guessing game anymore. My sister tested negetive for pregnancy "supposedly" for four months when she was actually pregnant. My question is: Are there people out there who have tested negetively for blood and urine tests and still found out they were pregnant? And if so, is this type of thing common?

Any responses are greatly appreciated.

~A
