hi....i am on jasmin pill for about 3 years.....but this is after happening a few times to me, i use up my strip and forget what day i stopped, so i never know when to start my new strip again. i think i took my last pill last tuesday, so does this mean i must take 3pills today to make up for the lost days, or do i just start tofay as normal? im really confused and really worried as i dont know what to do and i dont want to risk getting pregnant if i do the wrong thing! so please could someone let me know what to do as soon as possible today because i need to do sumthing about it today!!!

You are already at risk for pregnancy if you forgot even one pill!!!

For birth control pills to be effective you must take them every day at the same time every day. If you miss one day you risk pregnancy.

If you take 3 today, I can assure you that you will get so sick you will regret it. It will upset your stomach and make you throw up until you wish you were dead!!!!!

Your body just cannot tolerate that high of a hormone dose at once.

That said... You are already at risk for pregnancy, so if you are going to have sex you must use extra protection for the rest of the month until you have your period and start your pills over again.
