Episiotomy gone bad?

I had an episiotomy four months ago. I am having leakage during menstrual cycle even with tampon inserted. Never had had a problem like this before giving birth.

Do you think my midwife did not stitch me up high enough? Also, tampon at times tends to slip down some while I am urinating. And during intercourse, I absolutely feel a huge difference; it is not tight as it use to be before. Help!

Have you been checked by your doctor since then? I know your cycle can change after child birth (mine did) so you might just have a heavier flow now. The slipping down thing - I don't know.
Intercourse, well you had a child pass through - it's not going to be as tight anymore.

It all depends on what level of an episiotomy was done. There are actually 2 kids that can be done and the midline episiotomy has 4 different levels.

I would make an appointment with an OB/GYN to have this checked out.
