im very worried

hello im very scared im tryin to have a baby but every time after i ovulate i bleed not alot i bleed like 1 or 2 days after ovulation not sure why i hope there nothing wrong and can i still get pregnant my right breast is swore and both my nipples hurt please help anything will help
