    How to reduce pain in lower back and pelvic region in females
    I am a 25years old girl and masturbation from 10-12 years. I use fingers and hand shower to masturbate and usually gets 4-5 orgasms in a day. After masturbation I feel extreme pain in lower back and pelvis as well as under abdomen. I also have symptoms of urinary incontinence. After this I have guilt feelings and feel sinful. I want to leave this bad habit. I need help to reduce pains and worse consequences when I will get get married.and I also need full guidance regarding this issue.

    Masturbation is fine for occasional relief but you seem to be taking it to the extreme. You have lost control of your urges. The lower back pain and abdomen pain is probably from your muscles spasyming while reaching orgasm; what I mean is, you are holding the muscles too tight and this has caused a chronic problem. I suggest you visit your doctor, explain your situation to him and get professinal help for this problem you have caused yourself.

    The urinary incontinence is probably caused by masturbating so much. I would consider stopping altogether so your baldder can get back to normal, if it can.

    As for marriage, well we can't suggest anything about that.
