How to handle this?

I don't know how to handle this stress and frustration. We are trying to conceive for 1 year now.I am really feeling jealous seeing people with babies.I don't know if I'm thinking too much about it and spoiling my peace. But I can't help it.I try to concentrate in something else and my mind comes back to it.I'm really feeling depressed day by day.All my friends have kids or at least they are pregnant now.I'm feeling jealous to see them get pregnant so easily.I know this is wrong. But can't help it.

I can sympathize with your situation. We had a hard time getting pregnant too. You just have to keep thinking positive. That it will happen for you and feel good that your friends are happy. After trying for a year, it's about time to see a fertility dr. You may just need something as simple as clomid, or more invasive like injectibles (pergonal etc) or IVF. But until you get some fertility testing, you won't know what your issues are. If you both test out completely fine, clomid still may increase your chances. Don't be afraid of the tests. Many women get pregnant just after having an HSG. Just try to stay calm and soon you will know what is going on with your body. It is hard thing to go through. The best you can do is stay positive and try not to dwell on the time thing. Best of luck to you!!
