Heavy blood clots after abortion

I terminated my pregnancy at 5 weeks along. I didn't bleed at all afterwards and the pain was very minimal. When I went back for a follow up, I had to have it done again because there was still tissue there. I had a bit of bleeding with the second one and the same minimal pain. Now it is 5 weeks later and I am passing large blood clots. I am not bleeding otherwise. I've passed three in the past two days. I have no pains or cramps associated with normal periods and I am not running a fever. Should I be worried?

I don't know if you should be concerned but by all means, call your doctor.
Its silly to fool around with blood clots since it only takes one to cause.....
