    Haven't had a period in almost 4 months
    I have always had irregular periods. My husband and I are trying to conceive. The last period I have had was Oct. 11,2007. My periods usually come every other month. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests and they have all came out negative. What could be going on with me?? I have a doctors appt. but they don't seemed too concerned that I haven't had a period. Could I be pregnant and could the urine home tests be wrong? Please someone help me!! It is now Jan. 22, 2008. I have had prolactin and testoserone tests and they have all came back normal. What in the world could be going on with me?

    Have you been more stressed lately? Had any major changes in excersize? Recent sudden weight loss? All can effect hormone levels and make your periods irregular. Also, depending on your age, you could be starting perimenopause or menopause. Some women begin young, even in their late 20s or 30s. You may also want to get an ultrasound to rule out a cyst or tumor. Sorry, not trying to scare you :)

    No I haven't been stressed out. I don't think it is menopause because I am only 23. Never been pregnant before. I did the hormone tests about a month ago and they all came back normal. I haven't changed anything really. I am trying to conceive and I think I ovulated in Nov. but I am not for sure. I took 4 pregnancy tests as I mentioned above and they all came back negative.

    Ok I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with PCOS. The dr. gave me a few pills to take to make me have a period. Then prescribed clomid that way dh and I can start b/ding.
