I have a pinky-finger-sized, pink thing sticking out of my vaginal opening.
I have a pinky-finger-sized, pink thing sticking out of my vaginal opening, on the bottom. It is extremely sensitive to pain.. even wearing underwear makes it hurt. I mostly notice it after fooling around but, it is there all the time, I just notice it more.

I also have an excessive amount of white lotion like discharge. So much that I change my underwear twice, sometimes three times daily or wear pads because it is so heavy. If I push my vaginal muscles I am able t push it out... I'm scared. But there are no other symptoms, no pain, no itching... there is an odor but it's more sweet smelling than unpleasant.

I do not thing these are related but I am seeking information on both problems.

You had better start reading up on what equipment you have down there. I don't think you mean that 'pinky sized thing sticking out of your vag. Opening'. You are looking down on your clitoris, that is what you see from your perspective and it is normal to be sensitive. You have an 'outy' clitoris which is not uncommon and probably not completely enclosed in the clitoral hood, not uncommon as well. We woman are not all made the same with slight variations.

Sounds like you have spent some time exploring and are not quite familiar with what you have found. Perhaps you should have a talk with your mom, or the nurse at school to become more educated about your female physiology.

As for the discharge, as long as it is not discoloured or has an unpleasant odor that is quite normal too.

Listen here Tick. I'm not stupid, I understand what's going on down there and it's not my ****. As I said it IS sticking out of my vaginal opening. Not where the **** is located. I know my female physiology.

How old are you? Have you ever had children? Do you have urinary incontinence?

An examination by a doctor will determine what it is,its impossible to tell online what it could be, and whether its supposed to be there or not.

The amount a discharge you describe does seem excessive, however every women is different.

If its causing you pain try and get to a doctor as soon as you can.

I am 21 years old and I have one child, (1 year old). I wouldn't say I have incontinence,I don't pee myself, however, I can not hold it for a very long time. When I have to go I have to go.

It could be one of many things. A few suggestions are:

    Prolapsed uterus
    Prolapsed cervix
    Prolapsed bladder.

It's imperative you get this checked out by either an OB/GYN or a urologist.

If you had explained a little more, given more information, as in how old you are, that you had one child, I would not have given the answer I did. I am glad you know you phisiology. That is a step in the right direction for many women. Many women older then you don't know anything about their bodies.

Get checked out by your doctor, as J_9 suggested.

We can't diagnose here for obvious reasons. You need an examination to determine what is going on.

Sorry I ruffled your feathers my dear, but like I said, you weren't exactly forthcoming with pertinent information.
