I have Bleeding after sex.

I had dumped my ex a couple months ago and i just found out that he gave me trich, and chlamydia. On top of that i had bacterial vaginosis. I took Metronidazol antibiotics for the trich and vaginosis for 7 days and azithromycin i had to mix and drink one time for the chlamydia. about 2 weeks later i had sex with my new partner and after sex i started to bleed I had some mild cramps and it looked like period blood so i thought It might have trigger my period. I havent really timed when my period comes because i just started to get them again after stopping depo. A couple of days later i never saw it again. Well again me and my partner had sex but this time i went to the bath room and i had blood. Again it wasnt alot but it was as thick as period blood it looked like regular blood when i wiped. I only see it when i wipe or touch to see if its gone. Again i get a mild cramp but its only right where my pelvis is. I would like to know is this due to having the above infections or was i too rough. I am a little worried but i want to know if i should be alarmed. Please help.

It could be both that you are being too rough and due to the infections. Has the doctor cleared you from the infections?

Have you been back to be retested? Does your new partner know of your diagnosis?

You need to be retested to make sure the medications did get rid of ALL infection, not just symptoms.
