i had a sex with my husband and after sex three month my periods are regular but this month i missed my periods . is there any chance to get pregnant..?

So you are having sex with your husband every month ? Or was the last time you had sex three months ago?

You would not have three months of periods and then still be pregnant, but it can be from stress, from infections or a dozen other reasons. A medical check up to find out could be in order.
