Hi! I know all too well the situation you are in. As a young female, it is very important to be examined at least once every year or so. Have you checked with your college to see if they offer free health services? Many colleges do offer those services to students with valid ID. If your school does not offer those services, I would suggest going to your local health department and explaining your situation. I'm sure that they would be willing to help you... free of charge.
