Fiobriods and Healthy Diet

I was wondering if anyone knew of a healthy diet that alleviates some of the symptoms of fibriods.

Thanks.

You need to stay away from caffiene if they are in the breast. Do monthly self breast exams. Has you doctor confirmed that they indeed are fibroids in your breast? It is called fibrocystic disease. Rarely, but sometimes this can turn malignant, so you need to keep up on it. Keep your doctor's appointments, if there is any change in the size or shape of the breast, changes on color of the areola (brownish part around the nipple) you need to see your doctor.

Anything else I can help with, please let me know. I am a breast cancer survivor.
