An ectopic pregnancy is a tubal pregnancy. It's where the fertilized egg implants inside the fallopian tube rather than inside the uterus.

Most times the "signs" are the same as a uterine pregnancy until the egg has grown larger than the fallopian tube and threatens rupture and, if left untreated, possible demise. The signs of that is pain and lots of it.
