early periods and spotting all time

I am 35 had my tubes clamped 14 yrs ago.I had a period 2 wks early,2 weeks later spotted for a week heavy now spotting a week later but light.what could this be

Go to Doctor immediately if this is bright red blood!!!

This has nothing to do with your tubes.

There are a number of reasons for spotting or irregular bleeding....most are benign, such as polyps, but you would need to have your doctor determine the cause. They will probably do a couple of ultrasounds....external and transvaginal to look for any obvious reason such as thickening of the uterine lining. There are also a number of ways to treat the bleeding depending on the cause.
