Could I be pregnant??

Me and my boyfriend had protected sex about a week ago. He did not ejaculate inside me and the condom did not break. My period is irregular and I was supposed to start around last week but I haven't. I've been getting cramps lately and feeling bloated. We were fooling around today and I gave him a handy and precum got on my hand. About 5 minutes later I fixed my underwear because it was riding up, and I touched all around my vagina. What are the chances of me being pregnant?

I would assume you washed or wiped your hands after the "handy" so I don't see that happening. Unless it had sperm on it and you did more than adjust panties.

Sex with a condom, it can make you pregnant, a lower chance but it is a chance.

I've been cramping over the past couple days and I took a pregnancy test the other day and it was negative
