Actually I have no idea what this could be, but her doctor would. It is imperative that she seek medical attention to get this properly diagnosed.

It is possible that it is if she tans. But without a proper history and physical it is nearly impossible to tell you for certain.

Hopefully Xrayman will be here shortly to look at the pic.

Could this be cancer: Not necessarily..........but be CAREFUL
without having any proper check up, it is ridiculous to declare that it could be cancer.here there can be different reasons for these spots. first of all it can be pigmentation spots, because whenever we go in the sun our skin releases malenin that causes our skin to darken and to avoid extra and harmful UV radiation to enter our skin.now the question arises :
wether these spots can appear to what extent and how dark.............well a simple answer to this might be that they may initially be many,as the skin is prepairing to protect itself, so many spots can appear on the exposed area............the other thing is that

how dark .............they can be as dark as depending upon the amount of pigmentation preset...........as white race will have the least.........and rest asians can have more..........etc...........but in your case if these are reddish and getting darker than expected and irritating as well, then they can be an alarming tone........then you should go to a dermatologist.

well after viewing the pick i think u need to consult a doctor.will pray for your best

I would recommend seeing her family physician (unless she already has a dermatologist). He/she will know enough to refer her to a specialist if they feel its necessary.

Make sure she takes the picture with her when she goes just in case it looks different by the time she has her appointment.
