CAt scan shows flluid in tube and uterus, ultrasoiund shows nothing?

I have been having back pain and pain right lower abdomen.
I saw my Osteopath last week who sent me for a cat scan.
All areas were normal with the exception of fluid in my uterus and fallopian tube, and questionable item(?) behind tube. The radiologist recommended Ob/gyne consult STAT.
My osteopath referred me to an ob/gyne who said it could wait a day, but for me to call for an appt the next am.
I did.
The staff encouraged me to wait a day for the appointment, but I said no.
I was seen late that afternoon after a three hour wait in the office waiting room. The ob/gyne referred me for an ultrasound the next day, but let me know she would not be back in the office for five days to give me the results.
I called five days later and was told by her medical assistant that the ultrasound was good and I am "fine".
I do not feel fine...I feel the same as I did when I went to my osteopath a week ago.
is it possible that the ultrasound was right and that the cat scan and myself are imagining things?
Where should I turn?
Thanks
