Cannt have sex

My husband and me have been trying to have Sex for the past one month. Everytime he tried to get in, it hurts like hell. We think that it is because i am not lubricating very well
1. Is this common ? I am 24 yrs old, my husband is 25
2. What can be done about this problem.
3. Will this be a problem when we want to have a baby ?
I have not had any operations or procedures .. and am not taking any medications.
Is there any dietry supplement to help ?

Try some lubrication gels. It could also be that you need a little more intimacy or 4 play. Suggesion:Whatever you like your husband to do to you that turns you on, try having him to do it a little longer before you begin having sex. It just may be mind over matter. Other than that, go see a doctor. Sex SHOULD NOT be painful...

Get it In

Hi,
As another said, Sex should not be painful, except if you still have your hyman, the skin across the opening, that must be torn, or removed by a doctor. Please don't let him try forcing himself into you, with a lot of force. That could cause damage if something is really wrong.
Try using a lubricant, such as KY-Jelly, clear, non-greasless, available over the counter at any drug store, Rite Aid, etc.
If that doesn't do the trick, then you do need to see a doctor.
Best of luck,
fredg

I know what you mean because sometimes it's hard for my guy to get it in too. I think what it is isn't that deep; you know it's going to hurt so you tighten up and I think maybe you should just try to relax your pelvic muscles. That's what he told me and he got it in just fine. I mean it was still a little tight but after he moved around for a minute it was fine. Try that first and then if that don't work move on to the next steps. K-y Jelly and then the doctors if it still hurts like hell.

Just somethin ta try:

My friend and his girlfriend had exactly this problem. A little cut in the doctors office and two weeks no sex solved that problem.

loosen it up first

you should try loosening it up before you have sex. have him stick his fingers in it before sex. lube it up. and you need to relax! get in a comfortable position and relax the pelvic muscles! but i really suggest loosening it up a bit before. do it yourself or have him do it for you..if he does it for you maybe you can get horny enough and create your own little lubricant!
