Can i be pregnant

Well i really dnt kno when mi mirena fell out ive beeb on it fo 3like years never missed ah month of my period until last year i miss november december january then n february I came on twice n march i had it check n mi doctor said it had fell out. So i had ah period n april none n may or june but i had 3 pregnancy test came back negative can i still b pregnant?

If you are having sex, you can be pregnant, no form of birth control is 100 percent, and no birth control is no help at all.

Have you done home pregnancy tests or did you test at the doctor.
It really sounds like time to see your doctor to verify.
