Bumps.inside my vagina

I just had a pap smear about a month ago and started birth contol, Morton brand. After we had sex for the first couple of times, it started to itch right at my vagina opening. I used Monastat and took some Amoxacillin and everything seemed to be alright. I am very observant of my health. But lately sometimes after sex. Mostly after using foam. My vagina hole burns and then itches like crazy. I have quite a bit of discharge, which is white and milky. I am constantly nauseated lately as well. I have taken a couple of home pregnancy tests and they come back negative. A girl that I share a bathroom with found out she has genital warts about a couple of weeks ago, when her pap came back abnormal. She is very dirty and doesn't clean up after herself at all. I have read varying studies saying that depending on how bad the outbreak is, I can get it by her warts muccus getting on the toilet when she messes with them. And she is vocal that she does. Well I know that I am a little paranoid of late. But lately my vagina hole was itching a lot and burning when I pee as well as secreting a lot of milky discharge. I took a mirror and looked tonight. There are the normal little bumps in the inside of my vagina but.......at the vagina hole itself the skin that is inside is starting to portrude out and isn't just a little bumpy but has little bumps all over it as well. Even when I stick my finger up inside I feel those little bumps. It is not itchy anywhere else other then at the vagina entry itself. When I dab it with toilet paper there is a tiny bit of blood but it could be from all the itchy. Vagisil doesn't seem to soothe at all. Also there are 3-4 bigger bumps on the outside of the vagina hole on the very insides of my labia. Please help me. I am freaking out a little and have done as much research as I can. What is going on?!
