    Breathing Problems.
Last night I was having problems with breathing. I haven't been eating much and I've been in a sad mood. When I burp or yawn I feel like I can breath better. I've also been crying some which usually ends up in a bad runny nose for me. Could my breathing problem been caused by all the mucus? I also tried burping and yawning but it only helped a little.

You could be having allergies or something from foods you eat. Try watching what you have eaten right before you feel this way. I have shorteness of breath and I am not sure what it is from but I think it is partly from too much Pepsi and too much dairy.
    It could be sinuses.
If it is related to your sadness it might possibly be anxiety attacks
