Bloating with abdominal pain!

Hi. My friend has severe cramps. But its all over her stomach, kind of reminds her of the pain contracts. She has NO other symptoms except for bloating. This has lasted for two days now, and has gotten worse. Does anyone know what the heck this can be?

She may have an appendix attack. If the pain persists have her see a doctor to make sure it's nothing serious.

So maybe appendicitis?
