bleeding and abdominal pain

Please help me, because I am desperate at this point . . . I have been having lower abdominal pain and irregular bleeding for several months now. I have gone to two family care physicians, the emergency room and my obgyn. I have had X-rays, a CT scan, a pelvic ultrasound, bloodwork, my obgyn has put me on estrogen in addition to my birth control pills and nothing is working nor does anyone know what's wrong with me. Please help!

This sounds just like what happened to me. It sounds like you may have endometriosis. I had the same symptoms and had all the same tests done. There are many helpful websites about it, you should look them up and see if your symptoms fit. The problem is that endometriosis cannot be detected by and kind of tests or scans, they actually have to do an outpatient surgery to see if you have it. I had it done when I was 16, and I felt fine right after the surgery, just groggy. I would definitely recommend looking up the websites and if it sounds like what you are going through, talk to your OB/GYN about it.

Thanks Ashley. Hopefully, I can have this surgery done and get rid of it somehow!
