Bad Odor..please help

I have a very horrible odor from my vagina, I know I am n ot alone in this bec. I have tried looking for solutions online and have found many women with the same problem. I wash everyday with anti bacterial soap and I use cotton underwear. At the end of they day theres white/brown stuff on my underwear and it stinks. I feel so embarrassed to sit near anyone and I don't want my boyfriend to come near that area bec. it stinks. Sometimes there will be rips in my underwear from this stuff. What is wrong with me???

Firstly id advise you to go see your dr, you may have an infection and i wouldnt leave it to long if i were you it could turn nasty.
Good luck and let us know how you get on

I agree

I'd go to the Dr. too, that could be an infection you have.
Also I would buy pantiliners they are really thin and discreet pads, so that it can catch the dischage that you are having. They also carry them scented. You can also buy the Summer's Eve products, they are great.
Good Luck!!

From the male point of view

Go to a Doctor, this could be one of many things. A couple of them could leave you unable to have children if left alone. If you can't afford it or are to embarassed to go to a Doctor that knows you then go to the County Health Clinic but what ever you do do it soon.

Its always been my understanding that its a bad idea to wass the vaginal area with anti-bacterial soap...it will kill off the good bacteria and increase your chances of developing a yeast infection. As was previously stated please schedule a visit with a gynocologist and let them determine what it is and what course of action is needed. And sooner is better than later.

My quick answer is STOP USING ANTI BACTERIAL SOAP. There is good and bad bacteria in your vagina by using anti bacterial soap it is causing the balance of bacteria in your vagina which could be contributing to infections in that area. YOU NEED TO STOP USING SOAP.
